Removal Contract Checklist
The
many differences in the way each company conducts their business makes
the
development of standard record keeping forms difficult. Contractors
need to develop a
methodology and format that best suits their own operation. Good
forms don’t need to be
complicated. As
long as
accuracy and the necessary detail can still be provided, consider
developing
forms that allow employees to simply circle or check appropriate
categories.
The
following checklist provides the basic information the employee or
subcontractor should provide for the four basic categories of plowing,
walkway
clearance, vehicle surface ice control and loader operation.
